I unscrewed the handle, in the open position, moved it to the right (if you look from the side of the handle - from the outside, then to the left) in order to pull it out of its place, only then was it possible to disconnect these rods. Naturally, all the mechanisms were covered in dust, the dust lay in a very large layer. The blue arrow indicates the place where the rods are attached, and there they are disconnected.

I dismantled the lock itself. it was simply clogged with dust, you could even use a shovel to scoop out the dust. I don’t understand how it worked in this state. And the lock closed very tightly, I had to slam the door with force. I cleaned everything, raked out the dirt and started collecting.
