Factory calibrations are already programmed into the device’s processor. This shows the required heating of the air inside the cabin (start by temperature), the frequency of activation when starting the engine by time (1 hour at stock). Settings can be changed in the programming menu.

Physical training is performed as follows:

set the gear lever to neutral position;
raise the handbrake all the way;
remove the key from the ignition;
quickly leave the car.

Autorun function

To enable the autorun function, you need to know which buttons to press. Depending on the model, the buttons and functions may differ, however, in most cases they are the same. The latter cools down later than all other parts, so the signal to turn on the starter will arrive in a timely manner. With a different arrangement, the system mistakenly believes that the engine has already cooled down and will start it more often, which leads to excessive fuel consumption.

The easiest way to mount your sensor is on the thermostat or radiator pipe. In the first case, it will show a more realistic temperature, in the second, it will be easier to connect in parallel with the hood closing sensor. The fastening method is the same:

attach the homemade thermistor to the metal surface of the pipe;
secure it with electrical tape;
insulate the outside with heat-insulating material and fix it with the same electrical tape.

The proprietary sensor should be installed on any metal part of the engine (cylinder block, cylinder head, valve box cover) where there is a protruding pin with an M6 thread. If there are none, you can make a transition piece and secure it into the blind threaded hole of the eye bolt.

How to set a timer on Tomahawk TW 9010

The turbo timer in the security system is an important element for turbocharged cars. The design features of the block do not allow it to be stopped instantly after heavy loads. Heated bearings and mechanisms can be damaged, which will lead to the need for unscheduled repairs.

Setting a timer is useful to be able to automatically turn off the engine after the turbine has cooled down. In this case, you can set the delay to 1, 3 or 6 minutes.

The option is turned on by pressing the Override service key 16 times. To activate the key fob mode, a standard sequence of actions is performed.

Press the Overide key. The system will produce one short chirp.

How to increase starter cranking time

In some situations, after long-term operation or severe cold weather, the initial cranking time of the starter may not be enough. The piston group begins to rotate, but the pick-up does not work. For such situations, the manufacturer has provided the possibility of increasing the starter operating time.

Enter the program by pressing Override three times.

The system allows the driver to set three modes:

800 ms – press the closed lock;
1200 ms – press the key on the key fob;
1800 ms – activated via the trunk open button;
