Or from the handle on the outside of the door. If it doesn’t work out, there’s no need to panic or be nervous. Try this a couple of times.

If this does not help, then, on the contrary, you need to block the door as much as possible; it is organoleptically better to block it by the button (pip) and press it in conveniently, then make several light and rhythmic efforts to open the door using the internal door opening handle, then pull the internal opening handle door and at the same time with the other hand pull up the lock button, the combination of these actions on an old worn-out internal lock provides a slightly greater stroke of the opening lever. By lengthening the rod, we reduce the free play of the opening mechanism and it turns out that the mechanism is in a charged state. Just pull the handle and the mechanism, like a “cocked trigger,” immediately opens the car door. Now the doors work smoothly - just pull the door handle lightly from the outside and it opens easily. The remaining problem is that if you pull the driver's door handle too hard, the central locking is activated and all doors are locked. I couldn't achieve any results by adjusting the rods. It feels like the mechanism itself needs to be replaced.
