History of creation

The first prototype of the hatchback, which currently bears the name VAZ-2114, was assembled back in 2000. History of the VAZ concern

VAZ was founded back in 1966 to produce passenger cars aimed exclusively at the domestic market of the USSR. The first plant opened in Tolyatti, and Fiat representatives supervised this process.
