The indicator arrow on the moving part of the tensioner should be between the two extreme marks on the stationary part of its body.
If the indicator arrow drops below the leftmost mark, then the belt is extremely worn and needs to be replaced.
The belt also needs to be replaced if cracks, tears, or detachments of rubber from the fabric base are detected on it.
To remove the accessory drive belt, loosen its tension.

Remove the air filter housing. I won’t dwell on this in detail, there is nothing tricky there.
Now we observe the head of the tension roller bolt
We put a 15 mm socket wrench on the head of this bolt. Maybe 14 mm
...and turn the tensioner roller clockwise, loosening the belt tension. If the key is short, then you can use a tube of suitable diameter, putting it on the key

When the belt tension decreases, it can be removed from the pulleys and removed from the vehicle.
