Alarm setup

Before using the Tomahawk X5 communicator, you must install a working battery in the device. The power supply is inserted into the compartment located behind the back cover of the key fob. When installing, polarity must be taken into account.

Changing the PIN code

Tomahawk X5 alarms are normally assigned a two-digit password 11, it is used to enter the service mode and emergency shutdown of the lock.

How to activate protection mode?

Arming the Tomahawk X5 signaling system:

  1. On the main remote control, a key in the shape of a locked pad “clicks.” The vehicle's optical devices will flash.
  2. Activation of the protective mode is accompanied by a short siren signal.
  3. If your car has window closers, the power windows will close them.
  4. In the case when the alarm plays 4 pulses with a siren, this indicates the presence of problem security zones.
