When driving on public roads, each vehicle must be as predictable as possible. Here it is important to use turn signals, intermittent braking, and in some cases, driver gestures.
Mutual understanding on the road is the key to safety, which is why many motorists use various stickers on their cars. This could be a warning about treads with spikes or children in the cabin.
Among this variety, the image of an exclamation mark inside a yellow square or triangle stands out, which indicates that an inexperienced driver is behind the wheel. Other road users must understand that such a vehicle may move slowly or erratically. Therefore, you need to pay special attention to it.
Limited network connection
A limited network connection message means that your connection is weak or you have used the wrong passcode. Specifically, this is what it means:
Your computer detects that the network is present and working. This means that it detects that the network cable is connected or that it was able to connect to the wireless access point. Your computer's request for an IP address went unanswered.
If this doesn't help, or if the problem occurs frequently, see if any of these help you:
1] Delete the network profile and recreate it. To remove it, run Command Prompt as Administrator, type the following and press Enter:
2] Reset Winsock. Open an elevated CMD, type the following and press Enter:
Then turn off the modem and turn it on again after a minute.
3] IPConfig is a tool built into Windows that displays all current TCP/IP network configuration values and updates DHCP and DNS settings. If you have a bad IP address, then updating your IP address this way can help solve your internet problems.
Type cmd at the beginning of your search and press Ctrl-Shift-Enter to run CMD as administrator.
Type the following to release the current IP address and press Enter:
Then enter the following to get a new IP address and press Enter:
4] Run the built-in Internet connection or network adapter troubleshooter. To access it, go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\Network and Internet.
5] Reinstall or update your network card or NIC driver to the latest version. Open Device Manager, expand Network Adapters and update the appropriate driver.
6] Reset TCP/IP. If you cannot connect to the Internet, your Internet Protocol or TCP/IP may be corrupted and you may need to reset TCP/IP. TCP/IP is one of the main components your Windows computer needs to successfully connect to the Internet. To do this, open an elevated command prompt, type the following command and press Enter:
7] Reset Windows Firewall settings to default. If this doesn't help, temporarily disable the firewall and antivirus on your computer to find out if this is the cause.
8] Disable IPv6 and see if that helps.
9] The network reset feature in Windows 10 will help you reset your network adapters and restore your network components to their original settings.

Exclamation mark on the network icon
If the connection is limited and only the local network is available, you will see an exclamation mark above the network icon or Wi-Fi icon. If you can connect and don't have a limited Internet connection or don't want to be notified about it, you can tell Windows not to show this exclamation mark.
Move to the next key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Network Connections
Under Network Connections, right-click an empty space and select New > DWORD Value.
Close Registry Editor and restart your computer.
Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Network > Network Connections
The yellow triangle exclamation mark overlay icon will no longer appear on the network icon even if you have a limited network connection.
See this post if you can't connect to the internet after upgrading to Windows 10, and this one if you're getting an IP address conflict detected message in Windows.

Restrictions for a novice driver
According to Russian laws, a motorist with little driving experience (less than two years) has no right to drive on the roads unless there is an appropriate sign. During technical inspection, the “novice driver” sign is also needed; if it is not there, the diagnostic card may be denied to the novice.
Also for a novice driver:
- prohibition on towing another vehicle;
- a ban on the transportation of goods classified as dangerous;
- prohibition on carrying passengers while driving a motorcycle.
The towing rules for a novice driver are extremely simple. He can be in the towed vehicle, set the desired trajectory for it, and monitor the distance to the towing vehicle. However, until he reaches two years of driving experience, he does not have the right to drive a towing vehicle. For a beginner, there are no restrictions on towing trailers with a passenger car.
