There was a problem, as I wrote earlier, the car pecked when cold, and reacted inadequately to the gas pedal - jerkily. I carried out the procedure for adapting the throttle valve zero and adapting the misfire diagnostic function. Throttle valve zero adaptation procedure:
— with the car stationary, you must turn on the ignition, wait 30 seconds, turn off the ignition, wait until the main relay turns off (3 minutes).
Adaptation will be interrupted if: — the engine is cranking; — the car is moving; — the accelerator pedal is pressed; — engine temperature below 5 °C or above 100 °C; — ambient air temperature below 5 °C. Procedure for adapting the misfire diagnostics function:
— warm up the engine to operating temperature (value of the “Coolant temperature” parameter = 60...90 °C); — accelerate the car in 2nd gear until increased crankshaft speed is reached (the value of the parameter “Engine crankshaft rotation speed” = 4000 min-1) and apply engine braking (“Engine crankshaft rotation speed” = 1000 min-1); - Perform engine braking six times in one trip.
Yes, I did not expect such an effect from such a simple procedure, and the dealer told me to accept it (at AvtoVAZ).
The jerking has disappeared, the smoothness of the ride is simply excellent. I advise everyone to carry out this procedure, you may not recognize your car!
Maybe it will be useful to someone! If the gear changes are jerky, you constantly nod, when starting off the car jerks as if it was the first time you got behind the wheel, the speed fluctuates. It is necessary to adapt the throttle, and this is not written in the instructions.
The following conditions must be met:

Levers on Vesta generally have a good service life. Stabilizer struts and shock absorbers are sources of extraneous noise. The first ones sometimes did not last even 10,000 km.
Due to the fact that loose hinges are easily and clearly diagnosed, there were no problems with replacement under warranty. And again, AVTOVAZ eventually offered a reinforced version. As in the case of bushings, people's ingenuity has picked up a lot of foreign-made replacements.
The racks of the official vehicle began to knock at 43,000 km. We opted for the original, believing that it had become stronger. We've already passed 35,000 km - they're silent.
Extraneous noise from shock absorbers passed us by, but, judging by the forums, they occur quite often. Here the situation is more complicated. Typically, the dealer agrees to replace parts only when oil leaks become clearly visible on them. If the shock absorbers look dry, they try to kick the client. You can’t even hope to check on a vibration stand to compare the characteristics with the standard ones: it’s not practiced.

Disadvantages of the interior
The new Lada Vesta at first does not raise any questions about the interior, but over time some assembly problems may appear. Most often, these are crickets and creaking parts - a clear sign that the manufacturer has saved on seals. The steering wheel cover also leaves much to be desired - the paint wears off very quickly.
The disadvantages of the Lada Vesta's interior are complemented by the low quality of plastic: the parts are hard and look cheap. Although the owners say that such material is more convenient to wipe off dust.
Putting aside complaints about materials, you need to pay attention to the weak points of the dashboard: poor data readability, some additional indicators are too small, and the view of the upper part of the instruments is partially obscured by the edge of the “well” and the steering wheel. But the comfort of the Lada Vesta can be classified more as an “advantage”, but this is if you close your eyes to the awkward driver’s armrest and the lack of it for the front passenger.

All Vest and X-Ray owners are aware of the problem that has plagued these cars since the day they were created: loss of traction from low revs during acceleration. This manifests itself as dives and jerks after changing gears and when driving at low speeds, the effect is especially pronounced in 1st and 2nd gears.

I had to collect this material because... Some people are trying to prove to me that they only twitch in my firmware. I declare once again - I know perfectly well how they drive on stock, I know perfectly well how they wobble in these modes, the only difference is that on some cars this manifests itself more strongly, on others less so. Electronic throttle device for Lada Vesta.
The electronic throttle system uses two throttle position sensors. TPS are part of the electrically driven throttle valve.
The TPS is a potentiometric type resistor, one of the terminals of which is supplied with a reference voltage (5 V) from the controller, and the second is supplied with ground from the controller. From the pin connected to the moving contact of the potentiometer, the TPS output signal is supplied to the controller. The controller controls the position of the throttle valve electrically, in accordance with the position of the accelerator pedal. Based on the TPS readings, the controller monitors the position of the throttle valve.
Refinement of a new electronic gas pedal
There are two options for modifying the pedal:
On the lever of the removed pedal module, you can saw off a protrusion 2-3 mm thick, and then the amplitude of movement of the pedal will increase, acceleration can be carried out by hitting the lever “to the floor”.
The second option with which you can modify the part is to change the internal design. For this:
- Before removing the module, start the engine, place a ruler next to the part, and measure the position of the edge of the pedal.
- Smoothly lower the lever until you hear the growl of the motor.
- Record the idle distance of the part.
- Turn off the engine, tighten the handbrake, remove the negative from the battery.
- Remove the gas module.
- Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the cover securing screws and the cover itself.
- Using the same screwdriver, remove the rheostat slider mount and set it aside.
- Remove the board - you will see springs underneath.
- Hold the spring with a screwdriver and remove it.
- Measure the distance between the support pad and the rubber in the body, while moving the pedal to the idle value.
- Place material under the platform with a thickness equal to the distance obtained in the previous step.
- Assemble the module and install it in place.
- Perform the check - start the engine. The idle speed should remain at the same level. If this is not the case, disassemble the module and remove several layers of padding.
