There are only five basic equipment levels offered by most branded car dealerships:

• Classic. • Comfort. A passenger airbag with a deactivation function and an audio system with MP3 support, 4 speakers, a Bluetooth system and a connector for connecting external audio devices are added (cost from 693 thousand rubles). The intermediate package CNG Comfort adds a luggage compartment curtain to the list.
• Luxe. The basic equipment of the new Lada Largus 2020 body has been expanded to include side mirrors and door handles in body color, fog lights, rear parking sensors, electric rear windows and side mirrors (+ heating), as well as an on-board computer (cost from 714 thousand rubles)
• Luxe Prestige. Factory tinted glass is added to the list of top-end equipment (cost from 729 thousand rubles)

First malfunctions

Soon the airbag malfunction indicator light came on on the dashboard. Self-diagnosis using the ELM327 scanner showed error B1000 (49). After the reset it appeared again. You'll have to go to the dealer to get it fixed - you don't really want to drive with such malfunctions.

Options and prices

Standard

Standard configuration is available in a 5-seater version for 669,900 rubles. The head optics do not have an overly complex system or content. The lights and headlights received halogen filling, and the rear lighting equipment was reinforced with additional brake lights. The basic version includes heat-insulating glazing and heated rear window, which makes the car suitable for use in the Russian climate. The roof has durable roof rails for carrying cargo. Metallic paint is only available as an option, regardless of trim level. Inside, the driver can adjust the steering column vertically. The difference between the basic version is four headrests, in the rest their number increases to five. There is only one airbag. You will also have to fork out extra money for installing the ERA-GLONASS system. Motion control systems include ABS and EBD. In-cabin amenities are limited to a cabin air filter.

Classic

A significant functional increase is available for the Classic package, which received a couple of design options. The five-seater version is sold at a price of 616,900 rubles. The Classic A/C version for 7 seats will cost the owner 646,900 rubles. The list of additional equipment included:

Comfort

Comfort package is also available in two seating options. The minimum will cost 672,900 rubles, the extended one will cost 23,000 rubles more. Moreover, this assembly has the ability to connect gas equipment from the manufacturer. For the version with a 106-horsepower engine and a gas-gasoline power system, you will have to pay 872,900 rubles. Please note that in this case you can only count on five-person occupancy. The main changes were made to the interior, in particular, electric heating for the first row of seats, a second airbag and air conditioning appeared. Users have access to a radio, CD player with MP3 support and Hands Free. Instead of two speakers, the “Comfort” version implies the presence of four with the ability to connect AUX and USB devices. A bonus is the height adjustment of the first row seat belts.

Luxe

The differences are decorative: aluminum wheels, rear tinting, and a leather steering wheel appear. In September 2022, it became known about the release of a special version of the Lada Largus 2022 Club. The price for the modification is still unknown. The list of additions includes factory tinting and parking sensors. A badge with the hashtag #CLUB will be added to the interior and tailgate.

External changes of the new Lada Largus

It is known for certain that the new model will not be upgraded immediately, but gradually, which will again allow the cost not to increase. Lada Largus 2022 will receive decorative elements in the X-style, and will receive slightly redesigned optics. All this will help refresh the exterior of the car and will stand out favorably against the background of the previous generation model.

Judging by the available photos, most of the changes will affect the front part. Most likely, Largus will receive a massive and not high “front” in the X-style from the Lada Vesta. The hood will be complemented by relief patterns characteristic of Vesta, and a large slope; the head optics will receive a polygonal shape and slope. The radiator grille will have chrome elements located horizontally. The body kit will complement and continue the line of the upper part of the model.

There will be virtually no changes on the sides of the car in the new body. The windows will remain the same: medium in size, separated from each other by massive mullions. The mirrors will be the same rounded, but slightly larger. The wheel arches will be widened, and the skirt will be clearly visible, and above it will remain the classic Largus strip of plastic.

The rear of the new car will receive improved optics; these are perhaps all the changes that will affect the exterior of Largus this time. As before, there will be two all-metal doors of different sizes, this is if you buy a van, and if you give preference to a station wagon, then small glazing will appear on the doors. Nothing new will appear on the bumper; the tow eye and reflectors on the sides will remain unchanged.

Luggage compartment dimensions

Based on the above, we can conclude that the dimensions of the luggage compartment of any version of the Lada Largus are quite impressive. The general dimensions of this compartment for the models are as follows:

• opening height is 920 mm;
• the opening width is 980 mm;
• the height of the luggage compartment to the ceiling is from 870 to 930 mm for universal models and up to 1000 mm for a van;
• trunk length is 480–1570 mm for station wagons up to the 3rd and 2nd row of seats;
• The length of the van's luggage compartment is 1800 mm to the dividing wall;
• luggage compartment width – 1000–1450 mm.

Salon

The interior of the Lada Largus 2022 has not undergone any changes, except for the seat trim material: the developers proposed a new, more practical and wear-resistant fabric.

The luggage compartment in the passenger version, as before, can be increased by folding the second row seats and removing the third row seats (if equipped). In this case, the volume of cargo space will reach 2.5 cubic meters.

The 2022 Lada Largus retains the same design. This means that the Russian station wagon is based on MacPherson struts, complemented by a stabilizer, and a semi-independent rear suspension with a torsion beam. Almost all modifications come with power steering. Each trim level also includes a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine with a distributed fuel injection system and an electronic control unit, and a 5-speed manual transmission.

In initial versions, this engine develops no more than 87 hp. useful power and 140 Nm of torque. In this version, the Russian station wagon accelerates to the first 100 km/h in 14.4 seconds and consumes an average of 8.2 liters of fuel. In more expensive versions of Largus, the same engine appears, the maximum output of which is increased to 106 hp, and the torque is increased to 148 N*m. With such technical characteristics, the station wagon reaches 100 km/h in 13.5 seconds\. It is noteworthy that the increase in power has a positive effect on fuel efficiency: gasoline consumption decreases to 7.9 liters.

Relatively recently, a new modification, Largus CNG, appeared on the Russian market, based on a 106-horsepower engine. This version of the station wagon is interesting in that it is complemented by gas equipment.
