Since purchasing the car, the right mirror has been damaged and cannot be adjusted. And all this time I had to bend down and look in order to change lanes, for example. Of course, this infuriated me, and first of all because of the lack of safety when moving. The mirrors are held on by 3 bolts, literally) Installation is very simple: Remove the adjustment knob and the decorative triangle (just pull it towards you) Next, unscrew the 3 bolts and you're done.
When I got to the question of mirrors, I had to involuntarily test several mirrors and mirror elements. No. 1 - Mirrors 2110 adapted for 2108 (all mirrors for Samara usually have an article number for 2108) Cheap mirrors for 350 rubles. a piece.
After riding for a day, I replaced them with No. 2.
Reasons: Due to the poor quality of the mirror folding mechanism, the mirrors themselves were a little loose. (the factory ones have a thick spring, which is why they are so difficult to fold, but on these ones it’s just a bent piece of iron that fits into a groove, and even with a slight play). The quality itself is plastic and the rubber bands are so-so, they are poorly adjusted, and in some places parts are cut carelessly. You can see a little further through the mirror elements, but it seemed to me that they were a little narrower (for me this is unusual and not comfortable). Although I was going to buy additional Ergon mirror elements.
No. 2 - Anti-glare mirrors. They look the same as their original ones, only the mirror elements are darkened. Mirrors are cheaper than factory ones - 420 rubles. a piece. Having installed them, I was again disappointed: Terrible adjustment, I was never able to adjust the right mirror (by the way, some of these mirrors are sold completely plastic, even the adjustment levers themselves, which is very bad). Again, the build quality leaves much to be desired, all the plastic is of poor quality.
No. 3 - Original factory mirrors.
600 rub. a piece. I stopped there. They are superior in quality to the previous ones and they are also much better regulated. The kit includes only a mirror, there is no decorative lining between the mirror and the door, an adjustment knob, or a decorative triangle covering the bolts. (On No. 1 and No. 2 these elements were included in the kit) But since I still didn’t really like the review of ordinary mirror elements, I installed Ergon mirror elements. In terms of price, Ergon cost 350 rubles per piece, because... they were heated.

Even when buying the car, I realized that I needed to install Grant mirrors, because first of all, I mean, secondly, you can see much better in them from behind, and there is also the opportunity to install heating.
But I decided to buy it only on October 10th. I decided to order them on the Motorring website. This is not an advertisement, or even a recommendation, because there is a jamb on their part. AND THIS IS A LONG SEND! I received the mirrors only on November 23, that is, I waited almost a month and a half for them, and even then the delivery to Ufa itself took 2-3 days. Delivery was chosen by SDEK to the point of issue. And the problem was not that they were not available. I called and wrote almost every week after 2 weeks of silence. Every time they told me that he had come from the painting shop and was waiting for packaging, or that there were a lot of orders, or something else. But at one point I already freaked out and explained to them normally what and how. As a result, I moved the operator and, as he had already told me, it was as if the two workers did not understand each other. One left these mirrors for packaging, and the second thought that they were being repainted, that is, there was a defect, in the end it lay there for about a month. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but after that they immediately sent me mirrors. They may have overpriced themselves with delivery, but I like the design of their website.
And when I picked up the mirrors themselves from SDEK, I was very happy.
Later I brought it to my home, and let’s look in more detail and closer. In principle, I was satisfied with the quality, of course there were moments when plastic or something else stuck out a little somewhere, but for me it’s not critical. I ordered it to match the color of my car, namely 391 Robin Hood.
The first fittings on the car were only on November 26th.
I’ll say right away that I haven’t connected the repeaters and heating yet, I’m not good at electrics, so I’ll go to an auto electrician later so that everything is in accordance with Feng Shui.
