How to enter system programming mode?
Self-programming of the Pandora 3910 alarm system by car owners is not approved by the manufacturer, since this procedure is quite complicated and can make serious changes to the factory configuration.
Programming can be done in several ways:
- using the Valet service mode key;
- via laptop and software;
- using a smartphone on which you must first install a mobile application.
To use the service button, the car owner must know the password. Initially, the complex is assigned code 1111. To program the system, open the doors and press the Jack key four times, between each click you must pause for one second. When you press the buttons quickly, the complex will perceive these actions as a double or triple click. When each digit of the password is entered correctly, the LED indicator will blink once. If the light blinks four times, this indicates successful entry into the setup mode.
If you want to use a computer for setup, you must first download the DXL Loader application onto it. The laptop is connected to the system via a mini-USB cable. After starting the software, a password is entered to enter programming mode. After programming, you just need to turn off the ignition, this will save the configuration.

Why doesn't autorun work?
There are a fairly large number of problems with car alarms that can be eliminated, for example, by simply turning off the power.
Causes
Most often, the engine will not start automatically for the following reasons:
- incorrect setting;
- controller software failure;
- failure of the control unit;
- temperature sensor failure.
How to fix?
To get rid of difficulties with automatic starting yourself, you need to:
- Correctly adjust the mode and set the intervals between starts.
- Check whether autorun is prohibited by the system.
- Make sure the temperature sensor is working properly.
- Reboot the system by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.
- Send the control unit to a service center for diagnostics.
The Pandora DXL system allows the owner to set automatic engine start and stop modes to warm up the engine and vehicle interior, charge the battery, prepare the vehicle for intense driving, or to cool the vehicle interior with air conditioning. The synchronized real-time clock of the key fob and the base unit of the system, and other autonomous system settings make it possible to implement many conditions for starting and operating the engine, regardless of whether the key fob is in the operational zone of the command radio channel or not. Programming of automatic start modes and engine operating conditions is carried out on a key fob with an LCD display. To program these modes, you need to quickly press the button

for 1 sec. (or exit will occur automatically after 10 seconds), but all settings changes made will not be saved.
Automatic engine start at a set time (daily timer)
The mode allows you to start the engine according to the set daily time and will operate if the mode is turned on in the key fob settings (START menu) and the start time is set.
In this case, the launch will be repeated for 5, 7, 14 days or an unlimited number of times (set programmatically in the system programming menu), regardless of the number of security cycles during this time, after which the mode is automatically deactivated.
Automatic engine start based on engine temperature
The mode allows you to automatically start the engine based on its temperature and will operate if the mode is turned on in the key fob settings (START menu) and the start temperature is set.
Setting the engine warm-up time for automatic or remote engine start
The engine warm-up time limit is set in the “START” menu of the key fob within the range of 0 – 60 minutes. It must be borne in mind that if the condition of stopping the engine upon reaching the set temperature is also activated, then the engine will stop if an earlier event occurs. The maximum warm-up time can be limited (Adjustable in the system programming menu. Factory default is 30 minutes).
