Or not really? You see, what a thing: what appeared before us yesterday can be called a new generation with a big stretch. The VAZ team, led by chief designer Steve Mattin, greatly refreshed the appearance of the car (I personally like the sedan the most when it comes out), but technically this is the same car. Okay, with some minor modifications.
About them in order. From the front bumper to the A-pillar, all four bodies are identical and feature new parts. In addition to the corporate X-design of the front end with headlights raised at the edges, the angle of the front part has also changed - for a more aggressive, sporty expression. The sides, contrary to expectations (and maybe even fears), did not receive stampings - all the bodies here retained their recognition. Minor work was done in the rear. The sedan's license plate "moved" from the bumper to the trunk door (taxi drivers will no longer need to bashfully cover it with a rag while parking - just lift the lid). So the silhouette became wider.
